The Spectra Images Confound Point of View

All of the Spectra images confound “point of view”. In the images, there is no space that “point of view” (as it is conventionally presumed) can comprehend. The image-space does not make sense from that “point of view”, nor from any “point of view”. There is no “point of view” in any of these images. There are many elements of these images to enjoy, or participate in, or appreciate. However, the undermining of “point of view” is fundamental to virtually all the images I have made. Therefore, those who come to an image I have made are called upon to relinquish the habit of “point of view”—through a process of participation—in order to experience the art-form.
